The 2021 Vases are the culmination of my lifelong dream: to be able to make my drawings solid.
They come from a page in one of my old notebooks, the one from October 28, 2021, to be precise! Born from a single stroke of a fine blue felt-tip pen, they are now in volume, printed in translucent blue, to respect the drawing as faithfully as possible.
Their material allows for reflections and variations in depth, just like the ink of the felt-tip pen.
For now, three silhouettes have emerged from the notebook, they are designed to form a set, but they can stand alone if you wish.
L'Élégant is the star of this trio and he doesn't hide it. Taller, on a stand: he denies himself nothing, and rightly so. He will find his place with those who are not afraid to shine, just like him.
Each vase is 3D printed then finished and prepared by hand.
